Conversations and Connection at the Riverland Field Days

The Riverland Field Days provided a great opportunity for Palliative Care SA to get out into the community, meet locals and create space for conversations about what matters most in life.

Throughout the event, visitors stopped by our stand to chat, take part in activities and share their thoughts and experiences.

Our Bucket List Wall was a great conversation starter, encouraging people to think about the things they would still love to do, see or experience. The responses reflected what people value in life and opened up plenty of conversations about family, experiences, goals and making meaningful memories.

We also invited visitors to take part in our Palliative Care Survey, helping us better understand community perspectives on palliative care, dying, grief and the support people receive within their communities. These insights will contribute to PCSA’s ongoing work to build awareness, understanding and confidence around palliative care.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, had a chat and shared with us. It was wonderful to connect with the Riverland community and see so many people willing to be part of these important conversations.
