Nurturing Compassionate Communities in Country SA & Adelaide projects
To support this expanding public health palliative care movement, PCSA established the Compassionate Communities SA (CCSA) program in early 2023 to work with community groups, local governments, health services and individuals to nurture a compassionate communities approach across the state.
Within this CCSA program there are a number of projects including:
- ‘Nurturing Compassionate Communities in Country SA project’ funded by Country SA Primary Health Network (PHN)
- ‘Nurturing Compassionate Communities in Adelaide project’ funded by Adelaide PHN.
