Welcome to National Volunteer Week — a time to recognise the generosity, compassion, and community spirit of volunteers across South Australia. To mark this important week, Palliative Care Volunteering SA is introducing a new two‑week awareness campaign to help organisations highlight the value of palliative care volunteering and encourage more people to explore these meaningful roles.

Running from 18–31 May 2026, the campaign begins at the start of National Volunteer Week and continues for an additional week to help maintain momentum and visibility across the sector.

This initiative is delivered in partnership with: Palliative Care SA, Northern Volunteering SA Inc., Southern Volunteering SA Inc., and Volunteering SA&NT.
