Paola, our Palliative Care Volunteering Project Coordinator, hosted our booth at Essentials Day Balaklava, joining local community members and essential services for a day of connection, collaboration, and shared purpose.
The event provided a valuable opportunity to raise awareness about palliative care volunteering ,a role that offers compassion, companionship, and practical support to people living with a life‑limiting illness and their families. Paola spoke with community members who were curious about how volunteers can make a meaningful difference during some of life’s most challenging moments.
