Meaningful Conversations at the Cleve Field Days

More than 75 people stopped by our stand at the Cleve Field Days to take part in activities and conversations focused on living well, community connection and compassionate care.

One of the most popular activities was our Bucket List Wall, where community members were invited to share experiences, places and goals they hope to achieve or explore in South Australia. From travelling to iconic destinations and learning new skills to spending quality time with family and friends, the activity encouraged people to reflect on what is important to them and what gives life meaning and enjoyment.

The Bucket List Wall sparked many positive conversations between participants, creating opportunities to share stories, discover common interests and connect with others in the community.

Visitors also participated in a Palliative Care Survey, sharing their thoughts, experiences and understanding of palliative care, dying, grief and community support. The valuable feedback received will help inform future community education and engagement initiatives, supporting greater awareness and confidence around these important topics.

Together, these activities highlighted the community’s willingness to engage in meaningful conversations and contribute to building a more connected and compassionate region.
