Palliative Care Connect launches in SA
Officially launching today, Palliative Care Connect is funded by the Albanese Government, providing $7.5 million over three years, through the SA Palliative Care Navigation Pilot, and is being delivered by the South Australian Government.
Palliative Care Medicines Pharmacy Network
Palliative Care SA supports this fantastic initiative for the state of South Australia. A network of 30 community pharmacies across regional and metropolitan South Australia has been established to ensure people with a life-limiting illness can access medicines to receive their treatment at home.
