In September, our PEPA SA team proudly hosted a Palliative Approach to Aged Care Workshop for health and aged care professionals from across South Australia.
The session focused on building knowledge, skills, and confidence in palliative care. Participants explored key topics including the principles of palliative care, effective communication, providing care, advance care planning, end-of-life care, ethical considerations, and self-care.
It was a day of learning, reflection, and connection. A heartfelt thank you to all attendees and contributors who helped make the workshop such a meaningful and engaging experience.
