A statewide virtual roundtable was hosted on 20 January 2026 to explore what bereavement volunteering could look like across South Australia. Participants joined from palliative care services, volunteer organisations, research, community groups and culturally diverse communities across metro and regional SA.
Consultation is continuing with those who were unable to attend. A summary report will be developed and shared with the sector — stay tuned!
