The Live Well, Die Well Art Prize, presented by Palliative Care Australia with support from Arcare, celebrates creativity and reflections on living, dying, and grieving well. Through visual storytelling, artists have shared moving perspectives on mortality, compassion, and care, capturing the emotional depth of palliative care.
We are delighted to share that Hamish Fleming has been named South Australia’s only finalist in the 2025 prize. He joins 33 artists from across Australia whose works were selected from a diverse and moving collection of entries.
The finalist artworks will be showcased at the Oceanic Palliative Care Conference in Brisbane (10–12 September 2025), with winners announced on 9 September 2025.
