The Ambulance Wish SA program is seeking a compassionate and highly organised Ambulance Wish SA Coordinator to oversee the planning, dispatch and coordination of our wish fulfilment program, helping people living with life-limiting illnesses achieve their last wish and create lasting memories with loved ones.

Position Details

📍 Adelaide (Eastwood)
🕒 Ongoing, Part-Time (0.6FTE)
📅 3 days per week (Monday and Thursday compulsory)

About the Role

• Coordinate the planning and dispatch of wishes and memory pack deliveries
• Ensure the right people, vehicles and resources are in the right place at the right time
• Act as a backup Ambulance Driver for wish fulfilments when required
• Training and support of volunteers
• Program coordination and reporting

Essential Requirements

✔ Experience as an Ambulance Transport Officer, Patient Transport Officer, or similar
✔ Certificate III in Non-Emergency Patient Transport or equivalent qualification
✔ Strong understanding of the healthcare sector
✔ Strong ICT and computer skills
✔ Exceptional communication, organisation and coordination abilities
