Hosted the day prior to the largest palliative care conference hosted in the southern hemisphere (Oceanic Palliative Care Conference and Asian Pacific Hospice Network 2027 in Adelaide). The study tour will include a site visit of Palliative Care Service, Aged Care Service, Pharmacist and more.
