These awards honour outstanding teamwork, community engagement, volunteering and individual achievement in the palliative care sector throughout South Australia. There will also be the honour of Lifetime Achievement announced.
The winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony following our South Australian 2024 Palliative Care Conference at the Tonsley Innovation Hub on Friday, 21 June 2024.
