Who are SACC and what do we do?
SACC is the community stream of Palliative Care South Australia which has been developed to work with communities to nurture, promote and support compassionate communities.
- Provide guidance through a consultancy service
- Deliver public education programs – Last Aid and PalliLEARN
- Act as a source of guidance on policy formation at local, regional, national and international levels
- Create Awareness initiatives that promote and develop an understanding about compassionate communities
